Failure to follow this format may result in longer wait times.

If a ticket sits for 24+ hours without a response from the player it will be closed.

General Reminders:

#1. Admins do not get involved in tribe disputes.

#2. Recovering bags or replacing items lost due to being arked is up to admin discretion. Do not expect admins to do this. If they do help with these tasks do not abuse it or you will lose this privilege.

#3. Please give admins 48 hours to complete tickets. Tickets will be completed in the order received. If you make multiple tickets for the same issue the oldest will be deleted and your place in line will be reset.
