Rules:

1. Respect The Process

  • If you need admin assistance, please make a ticket with the following criteria: GT, IGN, Tribe Name, Map, Specimen ID, and a brief explanation of what assistance is needed. Please do not message admins directly.

  • Do NOT open multiple tickets or make multiple fb posts for the same issue. If you do, your oldest tickets/posts will be deleted and your place in line will be reset.

  • Please do NOT privately message admins. The admin you message could be asleep, at work, or busy which could lead to long response times. This is why we have the ticket system on discord. When an admin is available they will assist as soon as they can. Privately messaging an admin will not speed up the process. If you are asked to dm an admin such as for events this rule does not apply.

  • Do NOT use the @ admin tag in discord unless it is an absolute emergency. This includes tagging admins individually as well. If you need assistance open a ticket. Tickets are all documented & used to both protect the players and the admin team.

2. Don't Be A Jerk

  • Trolling of any sort will not be tolerated and may result in a ban depending on the severity of the action in question.

This includes:

  • intentional kiting of dinos to tames or bases
  • stealing from other players - this includes stealing items from drops
  • dragging other players to kill them
  • picking up other players or tames
  • blocking tribes' tames to deny them access
  • Bullying of any sort will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate ban. No questions asked.

This includes:

  • Being racist or vulgar towards others
  • Painting dinos, buildings, or structures with racist/vulgar language
  • Bad-mouthing the cluster, host, admins or other players
  • Being disrespectful or rude to the hosts/admins

Note - You don't have to get along with everyone but you do have to respect everyone. We do not need toxicity and drama here.

  • Please do NOT advertise or promote other servers or clusters here. You are more than welcome to play elsewhere, but advertising them on here isn't appropriate. You will be banned immediately with no questions asked!

  • Please do not message the host or any other admins asking for coding!!!

  • Please keep political things off of our discord as this tends to lead to drama keep it game related/cluster related.

  • Don't share any of the passwords to the pw protected maps unless you register for that player thus taking responsibility for them. If you do you will receive a 24-hour ban for the first offense. Second offense 48-hour ban. Third offense permanent ban from that map.

3. Common Courtesy

  • No building around or blocking off areas essential to gameplay.

This includes:

  • Artifacts or Ruins
  • Major Resources / Dino Spawns
  • Artifact Caves

*Note - Please report with a ticket so an admin can use discretion and ensure the area is not affected by someone's build. If proven your build is affecting resources you will have 48 hours to move from the location. *

  • Do NOT build in render of or block access to:
  • City Terminals, Mission Terminals, Portal Room (on Fjordur), or Obs
  • Wyvern nest, Magmasaur nest, or Rock Drake nests

  • If you build on a spawn point, players must have a way to exit your base/gates via foot. If they can’t an admin will be forced to step in, and this could result in structures being demolished to let players out.

  • There are many tunnels/bridges that lead to different biomes on Gen 2. Please do not block access to these areas. It is okay to build a base in them but leave a pathway so that people can get around your base.

  • When accessing a drop or beaver dam please ensure you take EVERYTHING so that a new one can spawn in. Only removing certain items will prevent new drops or beaver dams from spawning. Be considerate of the rest of the community. Failure to remove all items from dams or drops will result in receiving an official warning.

  • Eating wyvern/drake eggs is just as quick as dropping them. Dropping eggs negatively impacts the spawn rate of new eggs. If caught dropping eggs this may result in a 24 hours ban from that map.

4. Don't Contribute to Lag

NO AUTO BREEDING!

Base Building Rules

  • Limit of 1 base per tribe and one boat per tribe. This may change in the future as we add more ASA servers to the community.

  • Your base should be no larger than 300m from end to end.

  • Do not build too close to other players. Your base must be at least 300m (or farther) away from any other tribe structures. If you are too close you will be asked to move.

  • Do not entirely block off access to waterways. Early gameplay can heavily rely on the use of rafts and players should have access to navigate the rivers & streams.

  • Unclaiming tames and leaving them around the map is not allowed as it fills tame slots, blocks spawns, and creates lag. If you no longer want your tames and do not have the means to kill them sacrifice them in the volcano to appease the Ark gods.

  • There is no need to build in all tek on pve. You can use tek accents or gates, but don’t go overboard with tek as it's just very laggy. This includes tek shields! If you are caught having more tek than allowed, you will have 24 hours to correct it or an admin will do it for you.

  • Use greenhouse glass sparingly as well. It creates lag just like Tek. Do not build in all greenhouse glass. Exceptions are made for actual greenhouses but do not make them too big.

5. Correct Registration Required

  • Tribe names must be correctly registered. If you are in multiple different tribes across the maps make sure to add that to your registration. If you change your tribe name you must update your registration

  • No human, humano or any variation of the “human” name. This includes tribe names. If found by admins they may be tribe wiped.

  • Tribe names actually need to be created (even if you’re solo) so that admins can assist you better! If you fail to make a tribe and lose your character you will lose your dinos & items.

  • If you have a friend or family member who does not have Discord, but wants to join our server, you can sign for them (include their gt, ign and tribe name, if different than yours) but please know that, you are responsible for them and their actions.

6. No Littering Allowing

  • All structures should be contained within your base. Do not build random structures outside of your base for easy access to other locations on the map. No random houses near artifact caves, no random little huts near drop spawns. Any of these found will be wiped by the admin team and warnings issued. 3 Warnings and you will receive a 24 hour ban from the map.

  • Traps must be destroyed immediately after use! If you'd like to make a community one that is unlocked, you must receive permission from the host, moderator or admin. If you make a public trap that isn't approve it will be removed.

  • Random structures such as spikes, pillars, foundations, unused boats, etc. need to be demolished immediately after use. This includes sleeping bags!

  • Resource collectors located outside of your base must be unlocked or will be destroyed.

  • The use of pillars or foundations for land grabs is PROHIBITED.

  • Tames left around the map will be collected for our starter center if they are not picked up within 48 hours of notice.

7. We Are Here To Help

  • It is strongly suggested that you sign off inside your building, with doors locked for your protection. Additionally we recommend you empty your inventory into a vault or tame before logging out. If you do not and you lose your items due to dying they will not be replaced.

  • Base timer resets are available IF you make a ticket informing us that you may be away due to critical circumstances. We only ask that, you give us sufficient time in advance, and that your tele is named and unlocked – coordinates and/or “general area” will not be accepted.

  • While decay timers are boosted, we are still committed to keeping the maps clean. If timers are low (2 days or less) admins will step in to clean the area.

  • If you leave the discord we will assume you are no longer active and have left the community. Admins will step in to clean the area.

8.No Reselling of Admin Force Tamed Dinos

  • Cloning alpha/corrupt dinos is prohibited. This includes any dinos bought from the admin store that you cannot obtain through normal means. Cloning & reselling these dinos is also prohibited.
